IZI is an Indian consumer technology and UAV company building products across drones, imaging, electronics and advanced aerial technology. We are strengthening our supply chain and inventory systems to improve inventory accuracy, material planning, warehouse control and operational reliability.

We are looking for a Inventory & Supply Chain Manager who will own the internal inventory and planning function and work closely with Production, Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Own day-to-day control of finished goods, raw materials and component inventory.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Manage GRN, put-away, internal stock movements, gate passes and inventory transfers.
- Conduct and control periodic physical inventory / cycle counts.
- Investigate stock variances, ageing, shortages, excess inventory and unexplained differences.
- Drive inventory reconciliation and closure of discrepancies.

Material Planning & Replenishment

- Prepare material requirements based on demand, current inventory, open POs and consumption.
- Support BOM-linked material planning for production.
- Monitor RM availability and identify potential shortages in advance.
- Coordinate with Procurement on PO requirements, pending orders and expected receipts.
- Track inventory ageing and support actions for slow-moving/excess inventory.

Production & BOM Control

- Control production material issue against approved BOMs.
- Monitor material consumption and excess material returns.
- Identify BOM vs. actual consumption variances and coordinate investigation.
- Maintain proper reconciliation of material issued, consumed and returned.

Warehouse & Internal Operations

- Ensure disciplined stock movement and warehouse documentation.
- Coordinate with production, repair and other internal teams for material movement.
- Maintain proper tracking of repair/TBC units and ensure closure of pending balances.




- Support warehouse security, shrinkage and damage control.
- Drive RCA and corrective action for recurring inventory issues.

Process & MIS

- Own inventory-related SOPs and ensure process adherence.
- Maintain inventory, reconciliation, replenishment and variance registers.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory MIS and highlight exceptions.
- Participate in daily exception reviews with Supply Chain leadership.
- Ensure critical processes have proper system records and documented closure.

What We Are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain or material planning.
- Strong hands-on experience with FG/RM inventory control and physical stock reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
- Valuable understanding of GRN, stock transfers, cycle counts, inventory ageing, reconciliation and material planning.
- Experience working with BOM-based material planning or production inventory is strongly preferred.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to work with inventory data.
- Strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes and drive closure.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Procurement, Production, Finance and Operations.

Preferred Background Experience in consumer electronics, electronics manufacturing, drones/UAVs, automotive, hardware, manufacturing or similar inventory-intensive businesses will be preferred.
