Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Analyst role based in Jaipur.

The Investment

Analyst will conduct sector and company research, build and maintain financial models, and support valuation analyses for clients and potential transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing pitch materials and investment memoranda, assisting in transaction execution, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather data and insights. The role will also involve tracking market developments in target sectors, creating concise reports,



and contributing to investment theses and strategic recommendations.

The Investment

Analyst will work closely with senior team members on live deals, helping to deliver high-quality advisory and capital-raising solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and data interpretation.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort working with financial, market, and industry datasets.
- Effective research and writing skills for preparing reports, presentations, and investment memoranda.
- Clear communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on stakeholder management and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA) are a plus.
- Interest or experience in SpaceTech, Aerospace & Defence, Enterprise AI, or Consumer sectors is highly beneficial.
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or related fields is an advantage.
