- Maintain daily stock and inventory records.
- Handle inward and outward material movement.
- Check quantity and condition of received materials.
- Maintain proper stock documentation.
- Conduct physical stock counting and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and identify shortages.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Maintain proper storage and organization of materials.
- Coordinate material movement between outlets/locations.
- Assist with dispatch and receiving activities.
- Track wastage, damages, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with operations, purchase, kitchen, and logistics teams.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly inventory reports.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
