About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Inventory Manager to own one of our key brands end-to-end. This could be Crocs, Skechers, Birkenstock, etc. You'll study sales performance daily, decide how stock should move across stores, place fresh orders and stay closely connected with regional store managers to understand what's really happening on the ground. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to run a real business category.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own one assigned brand category end-to-end — become the person who knows it best
2. Study sales data on a daily basis to understand what's selling and what isn't
3. Make inter-store stock transfers based on real demand across the network
4. Develop and place fresh orders for the category based on sales trends and stock health
5. Stay in regular contact with store managers across regions to understand ground-level requirements and feedback
6.



Identify slow-moving stock and take proactive action before it becomes a problem
7. Track category performance over time and report on trends to Senior Management

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of experience in footwear retail — footwear knowledge is essential for this role
2. Strong with numbers and comfortable working with sales data daily
3. Confident communicator, able to coordinate with multiple store managers across regions
4. Highly organised, with the ability to make fast, informed decisions
5. Willing to work from Delhi-NCR

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Prior experience owning or managing a specific brand/category in a retail environment
- Experience with interstore stock transfer processes
- Familiarity with placing and tracking purchase orders
