We are looking for an Inventory Manager who can take ownership of inventory planning, stock accuracy, material availability, and coordination across vendors, operations, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across products and locations.
- Monitor stock levels, material availability, incoming supplies, and outgoing orders.
- Ensure timely replenishment and minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding material availability, dispatches, shortages, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the procurement, sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track inventory movement from procurement through delivery.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and damaged/short materials.
- Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and non-moving inventory and prepare relevant reports.
- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning based on sales and order requirements.
- Maintain SKU-wise inventory data and ensure product information is updated accurately.
- Identify inventory-related issues and implement processes to improve stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports and share insights with management.




- Ensure inventory processes follow company SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inventory and supply-related issues quickly.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, supply chain, procurement, or a similar role.
- Experience in building materials, construction materials, hardware, industrial products, or B2B procurement will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management processes.
- Good understanding of purchase orders, GRN, stock reconciliation, dispatches, returns, and inventory tracking.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to work with inventory data and reports.
- Experience working with ERP, inventory management, or procurement software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment.
