We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who has an interest in both Human Resources and Technology and wants to build practical experience in technology recruitment and talent management.

Role: HR Intern – Technology

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR and technology teams to support recruitment, candidate screening, employee coordination, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition for technology roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, college networks, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and interview coordination.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in onboarding and internship documentation.
- Communicate with interns, developers, designers, AI/ML candidates, and other technology professionals.
- Help create and publish job descriptions.
- Support campus recruitment and student hiring initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining employee/intern records.
- Support HR activities related to performance, engagement, and career development.
- Learn and use technology-based HR and recruitment tools.




- Assist in building a talent network for future technology opportunities.

Eligibility

Candidates must meet at least one of the following educational backgrounds:

- BBA / BBA in HR or related field
- MBA / MBA in HR or related specialization
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / Computer Science or other technology-related programs
- Students from other technology-focused courses with a strong interest in HR and recruitment

Important Requirement

Technology awareness is mandatory.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of technology and be comfortable understanding technical roles such as:

- Software Developer
- Full-Stack Developer
- Frontend / Backend Developer
- AI/ML Developer
- Data Analyst
- UI/UX Designer
- Cloud / DevOps Engineer
- Cybersecurity roles
- 3D / AR / VR Developers

Stipend
