Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice channels in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests effectively.
- Follow defined processes, SOPs and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet defined productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as per process guidelines.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in International Voice / Customer Service processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
