Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.

- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits when required.

- Communicate professionally with US clients and resolve queries related to billing and claims.

- Maintain accurate call records and update the required systems.

- Meet defined productivity, quality, and SLA targets.

- Follow HIPAA and company guidelines while handling patient and healthcare information.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Diploma.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in US night shifts.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

- Candidates with experience in US Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, AR Calling, or International Voice Process will be preferred.

- Freshers with valuable English communication skills can also apply.
