Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and articulate International Voice Process Executive with excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with overseas clients, generating leads, managing follow-ups, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to international clients and potential customers
- Manage inbound and outbound inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence

Required Skills





- Fluent English (neutral or global accent preferred)
- Experience with Vietnam / UAE / Australia clients
- Strong objection handling & closing skills
- Comfortable with night shifts (if required)
- Basic CRM knowledge: Zoho CRM

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process, BPO, or customer support role
- Prior experience handling overseas clients will be an added advantage
- Graduate or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or clear accent
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and customer handling techniques preferred
