US Telecom Process (Sneha @ (phone hidden))

Number of Positions: 5 Agents

Shift Timing: 8:30 PM 4:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Job Responsibilities :-

Handle customer queries from customers based in the United States.

Understand customer requirements related to their internet service.

Recommend the best available internet plans based on the customer's location and requirements.

Explain available plans and services clearly to customers.

Schedule installation appointments for customers.

Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 12 years of experience in any US process/BPO.

Excellent English communication skills.

Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating with US customers.

Candidates must NOT have prior experience in a Tech Support process.

Candidates must have no criminal record , as a background verification check will be conducted before/after hiring.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 25,000 – 40,000 per month.

Incentives: Applicable as per performance.

Cabs: Provided.

Meals: Provided.
