/n Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities /n Conduct product demos and effectively position solutions to clients /n Handle stakeholder management and negotiate contracts /n Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets /n Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting /n Work closely with marketing and customer success teams for conversions and retention /n Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts /n Key Requirements: /n 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales / international sales (US market preferred) /n Proven track record of closing deals and achieving quotas /n Strong experience in outbound sales and pipeline building /n Excellent communication and negotiation skills /n Ability to handle mid-market and SMB clients /n Experience in accounting, or fintech or construction domain is a plus /n Preferred Skills: /n Consultative selling approach /n Experience with AI-based or automation products /n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
