- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers, adhering to company standards for tone and language.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in non-voice process or similar role (chat support).

- Solid understanding of international chat processes and procedures.

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
