Job Title: International E-commerce Portal Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our sales on international marketplaces such as Amazon (US, UK, EU, UAE), eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and our own website (Shopify/WooCommerce). You will handle product listings, orders, inventory, and account health, and help increase global sales.

Key Responsibilities

Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, A+ content) on international marketplaces.

Manage daily order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking updates with courier and logistics partners (FBA, DHL, FedEx, Shiprocket, etc.).

Monitor inventory levels and plan stock replenishment, including FBA shipments.

Maintain account health by handling customer queries, returns, refunds, and feedback within marketplace timelines.

Run and monitor marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings) and track ROI.

Research competitors, pricing, and market trends,



and adjust pricing strategy accordingly.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales, advertising, and performance reports.

Ensure compliance with each marketplace's policies and country-specific requirements

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or Marketing preferred). Not mandatory

1+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or other international marketplaces.

Good understanding of SEO for listings, PPC advertising, and FBA processes.

Basic in MS Excel

English - intermediate

Familiarity with Shopify, Canva, or Photoshop for basic image editing is an advantage.

Skills

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, multitasking, problem-solving, and the ability to work across different time zones when needed.
