Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, insurance providers, and healthcare professionals in the US.
- Assist in the verification of insurance eligibility, perks, and authorization requirements.
- Support medical billing and claims processing, including denial management and payment follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions using company CRM tools.
- Provide information and assistance related to medical procedures, billing status, and claim resolution.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, accuracy, and call handling time.
