Role Description The International Destination Tour Consultant is a full time, on-site role based in Siliguri. The consultant will design and customize international tour itineraries according to client preferences, budgets, and travel objectives. Daily responsibilities include advising customers on destinations, packages, visas, and travel requirements, as well as coordinating bookings for flights, accommodations, local transport, and guided tours.

The role involves responding to inquiries, providing clear and timely communication, managing changes or issues during trips, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.



The consultant will also maintain up-to-date destination knowledge, collaborate with partners and suppliers, and support promotional activities to enhance Travel Voyage’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel & Tourism skills to advise clients on suitable international destinations and packages.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build trust, and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess practical experience with Guided Tours, including planning, coordinating, or overseeing tour operations.
- Relevant qualifications in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, visas, and booking systems is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Siliguri, manage multiple client requests, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and travel booking software and strong organizational skills are advantageous.
