Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Communicate professionally with international customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information and suitable solutions to customer queries.
- Assist customers with product, service and process-related concerns.
- Maintain a positive and qualified customer experience.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Identify suitable sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Recommend relevant products or services based on customer requirements.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships through effective communication.

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Must be confident while communicating with international customers.
- Should have good sales and convincing skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Good listening and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
