About the Role Koit Enterprises is expanding its international business in surgical consumables and hospital-use products, with an initial focus on international distributor markets.

We are looking for a 1–2 year experienced, ambitious Business Development Executive who can help us identify and develop international distributors and customers.

This is a hands-on export sales role — finding prospects, contacting decision-makers, following up and converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify distributors, importers, wholesalers and hospital-supply companies in international markets.
- Research and build qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn, Google, regulatory databases, Apollo and other sources.
- Contact international buyers through email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.




- Develop relationships with distributors and understand their product requirements.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate samples, product information and documentation.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into purchase orders.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and regularly report progress.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in international business development/export sales, preferably in surgical or medical consumables.
- Excellent English communication — written and spoken.
- Solid research, communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Basic understanding of exports and international trade.
- Proactive, target-oriented and willing to learn.
