International Voice Process Customer Support

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess C1-level English communication skills, excellent verbal fluency, and strong customer-handling abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and effective resolutions.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to established process procedures, quality parameters, and performance standards.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
- Manage customer escalations appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Excellent spoken and written English with C1-level communication proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts,



including night shifts as per business requirements.
- Basic computer proficiency with good typing and system-navigation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and customer-centric environment.
