Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage internal audit and risk consulting assignments from planning through closure.

- Manage teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery as per defined standards and client expectations.

- Identify deficiencies and inadequacies in processes, controls and documentation.

- Develop and implement policies, procedures, risk assessments, control frameworks and operating models.

- Conduct internal audits, process audits, internal financial control reviews, SOP design and control assessments.

- Design and implement risk strategies and recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.

- Conduct quality and compliance reviews of projects.

- Communicate audit findings, risks, recommendations and policies to senior management.

- Plan audits, allocate resources and delegate work effectively.

- Independently manage and close audit assignments with minimal supervision.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and effectively resolve client-related issues.

- Monitor developments in risk, regulatory, statutory and quality-related areas.





- Conduct periodic knowledge-sharing and technical training sessions for team members.

- Contribute to team development and performance management.

- Support business development initiatives and client relationships.

Desired Profile

- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit / Risk Consulting / Advisory.

- Qualified CA or Full time MBA from a recognized institution.

- Strong experience in internal auditing and risk assessment.

- Candidates with prior experience in Big 4, consulting organizations or CA firms will be preferred.

- Candidates who have previously worked in consulting and subsequently moved to another industry are also considered.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.

- Willingness to travel for client assignments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management abilities.

- Highly organized with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.

- Inquisitive and process-oriented approach.
