About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing NBFC with a strong retail footprint and expanding branch network. As part of its growth journey, the organization is looking to strengthen its audit and control setting through the appointment of a senior Internal Audit leader.

- Lead and manage the Internal Audit function across the organization.

- Design and execute risk-based audit plans.

- Conduct branch, operational, process, and compliance audits.

- Drive field-level audits and regular branch reviews.

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Operational Audit, Risk Audit,



or Branch Audit.

- Prior experience within NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance Companies, Microfinance Institutions, or other lending businesses.

- Strong exposure to branch audits and field audits is mandatory.

- Experience managing and leading audit teams.
