BNC is mandated to recruit for one of our esteemed clients in the Service Industry for an Internal Audit role.
Position: Internal Audit Professional
Key Requirements
- Qualification: CA
- Experience: 1–2 years in Internal Audit
- Robust understanding of Internal Audit concepts and processes
- Exposure to Risk Assessment, Process Review, IFC & Control Testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to independently manage audit assignments
- Candidates from Service Industry, Manufacturing Industry, or Big 4 firms preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk-based internal audits across various business processes
- Perform process walkthroughs, risk assessment and control testing
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and IFC
- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses and areas of improvement
- Prepare audit observations,
working papers and audit reports
- Discuss audit findings with process owners and support remediation/action plans
- Independently manage assigned audit engagements and ensure timely completion
- Interact with clients/business teams during audit assignments
