What you'll do:

- Source top talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and kick off candidate conversations
- Coordinate interviews and create a smooth, positive candidate experience
- Keep our recruitment trackers sharp and up to date




- Be a key support to our Talent Acquisition team on all things hiring

What you bring:

- Strong communication and people skills
- A genuine interest in recruitment/Talent Acquisition
- Sharp organizational skills — you can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and hunger to learn
- Comfort working in Google Sheets
