Aifer Education is looking for enthusiastic Interns to join our team in Student Engagement, Feedback Collection, Learner Support, and Operations.

This opportunity is open to graduates from any discipline. We are more interested in your communication skills, attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership than your specific degree or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with students/learners through 1:1 communication
- Collect and document student feedback
- Understand learner concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams
- Support 1:1 tuition and learner engagement activities
- Assist in day-to-day operational activities
- Coordinate with academic and internal teams
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain basic records, reports, and feedback data
- Support initiatives to improve student experience and satisfaction
- Take up additional responsibilities based on the requirements of the team

What We’re Looking For
- Graduation in any discipline
- Good communication skills are mandatory
- Confident and comfortable interacting with students and parents
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to take responsibility and complete assigned tasks
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidates from Psychology, HR, Education, Management, Commerce, Arts, Science,



or any other discipline are welcome
