The intern will primarily coordinate between new coaches, Community coaches (who have students enrolled), and the Leap platform to ensure onboarding classes are scheduled, conducted, and tracked smoothly.
Scope of Work:
- Schedule and coordinate classes between students, new coaches, and Community coaches.
- Coordinate with coaches/parents and call them when required to finalize preferred slots.
- Add and update calendar slots based on availability.
- Track scheduled, completed, missed, and pending classes.
- Upload and maintain class recordings.
- Follow up on pending classes, recordings, and other onboarding-related actions.
- Maintain trackers and support day-to-day onboarding operations.
- Ensure timely coordination and resolution of basic scheduling-related queries.
The role requires robust communication, coordination, follow-up, and attention to detail.
