Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 application support to internal users and/or external clients via ticketing tools, phone, and email.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software/application issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

- Participate in problem-solving and incident discussions, providing clear updates and driving resolution.

- Perform investigation and debugging of application errors, failures, and performance issues using logs and system traces.

- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and recommend preventive actions.

- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and close bugs effectively.

- Troubleshoot REST/SOAP API issues such as request/response failures, timeouts, authentication errors, and data mismatches.

- Validate integrations using tools like Postman/cURL, and coordinate fixes with internal teams or external vendors.

- Maintain and improve documentation, including troubleshooting guides, runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.





- Write Python scripts to automate operational/support activities

- Understanding of SQL/NOSQL databases for troubleshooting data-related issues.

Required Qualifications and skills: B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science / IT / Electronics)

- 0-1 years experience in Application Support / Production Support

- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and client-server architectures.

- SQL (BasicIntermediate): select queries, filters, joins basics, debugging data issues.

- Exposure to or willingness to learn tracking tools like Jira

- Escalate unresolved complex issues to senior support teams, software developers, or infrastructure leads

- Solid analytical thinking, active problem-solving skills, and clear verbal/written English communication.

- Log Analysis: reading application/server logs, identifying patterns, correlating errors with timestamps.

- Basic awareness of programming or scripting languages like Python
