Role Description
This is an on-site Intermediate Architect role based in Bengaluru.
The Intermediate
Architect will assist in architectural design and documentation for projects across residential, commercial, institutional, and other sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape), and supporting project team members through various stages of design and construction. The role involves participating in client meetings, translating functional requirements into design solutions,
and ensuring that designs align with project standards, budgets, and timelines.
The Intermediate
Architect will also help manage project workflows, contribute to quality control, and support integration of sustainable design principles.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience working on diverse project types.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including coordination with consultants, tracking deliverables, and adhering to schedules and budgets.
- Exposure to Software Development and Integration in the context of design tools or BIM workflows is beneficial.
- Proficiency in relevant design, visualization, and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar) and basic knowledge of BIM processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent skilled qualification, with registration or eligibility for registration as an architect where applicable.
- Strong visual, spatial, and technical detailing skills, with attention to accuracy and constructability.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Interest in sustainable design, building codes, and best practices in contemporary architecture.
