We are hiring an Interior Site Supervisor to run day-to-day execution on our residential, office and commercial interior projects. You will be the link between the design team, the vendors and the workers on site, and you will make sure work is done on time and to the drawing.

What you will do

- Supervise daily work on site: carpentry, false ceiling, painting, electrical, glass, stone and flooring
- Read drawings and make sure work is done exactly as designed
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors and material vendors, and follow up on deliveries
- Check material quantity and quality when it arrives on site
- Take site measurements and share them with the design team
- Keep a daily progress record with photos and update the project manager
- Track pending items and snag lists until they are closed
- Keep the site clean and organised

What we are looking for

- Proven experience supervising interior fit-out or residential interior projects




- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings
- Positive working knowledge of carpentry, laminates, paint finishes, false ceilings and electrical points
- Confident dealing with workers, contractors and vendors
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, WhatsApp updates and task apps
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is a plus
- Own vehicle required

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
