Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune & Mumbai Divisions. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior site activities, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Supervisor monitors project progress, manages schedules, tracks materials and resources, and reports site status to project managers and clients. The role involves conducting quality checks, resolving site-level issues, supervising workforce, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

Supervisor also supports handover activities, maintains site documentation, and collaborates with design and PMC/EMC stakeholders to deliver completed interiors that meet agreed design and performance expectations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including daily activity planning, workforce supervision, and contractor/vendor management.
- Candidates should possess technical skills in reading and interpreting interior drawings, BOQs, specifications, and basic understanding of civil, electrical, and HVAC interfaces.
- Candidates should possess quality and safety management skills, including conducting inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with standards and timelines.
- Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear reporting, documentation, and collaboration with clients, PMC, designers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including use of email, spreadsheets, project tracking tools, and preparation of daily/weekly site reports.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience supervising interior fit-out or corporate interior projects.
- Ability to work independently on-site, handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing project needs, and travel within the Pune Division as required.
