Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations for interior projects, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. This full-time role is based on-site in Mumbai and involves coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, as well as supervising teams handling carpentry, gypsum work, partitions, plumbing, electrical installations, painting, polishing, and related activities. The supervisor will monitor project timelines, track progress against schedules, manage site materials, and report on work status to project managers and clients.

Responsibilities include conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues,



ensuring adherence to building codes and company procedures, and maintaining explicit documentation of work completed. The role also requires close collaboration with designers and engineers to implement design changes, optimize workflows, and support high-quality interior finishes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong site supervision skills, including the ability to manage multiple trades (carpentry, gypsum work, partitions, plumbing, electrical, painting, polishing, civil work) and coordinate day-to-day operations on interior project sites.
- Candidates should possess skills in project coordination and scheduling, including tracking timelines, managing resources and materials, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of interior construction practices, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control methods relevant to commercial and corporate fit-out projects.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, designers, contractors, and site teams, and to document and report site progress clearly.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and decision-making skills to address on-site issues promptly, manage risks, and maintain smooth site operations.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, with prior experience in supervising interior works for commercial or corporate projects.
