Company Description The Interiores by Tania (Studio TIBT) is a pioneering interior design studio founded in 2015 by designer Tania Goyal Jain, built on creativity, resilience, and a strong passion for design. In 2022, co-owner Himanshu Jain joined, adding complementary expertise and fresh perspectives to the studio’s work. Role Description This is a full-time, in office Interior Designer role based in Surat.

The Interior

Designer will develop design concepts, prepare mood boards, and translate client needs into functional and aesthetic interior solutions. Daily responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, coordinating FF&E;, and collaborating with architects, vendors, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed on site. The role involves preparing and reviewing drawings quality checks during project execution.

Designer will also participate in client meetings, assist with presentations, and support project documentation and timelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills, including concept development and material selection.
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning to optimize layouts for functionality and aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Construction Drawings and technical documentation for on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; knowledge for furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection and specification.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and presentation tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in a studio or firm environment is an advantage.
