Role Description The Interior Designer at INLAY will be responsible for developing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior solutions for residential projects, with a focus on modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home makeovers. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients to understand their needs, creating design concepts and layouts, preparing detailed drawings and material specifications, and coordinating with project managers, vendors, and installation teams to ensure design intent is executed accurately.

The role involves site visits, measurements,



quality checks, and timely resolution of design and execution issues, while adhering to project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Solid interior design capabilities, including Interior Design and Space Planning skills.
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and their application to residential interior projects.
- Ability to create precise Construction Drawings and documentation for execution teams.
- Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specifications, and coordination.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to manage multiple projects on-site.
- Experience in residential or modular interior projects is an advantage.
