Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Chhattisgarh, India in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects and project teams to develop interior concepts for residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, selecting finishes and materials, preparing design presentations, and coordinating FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selections in line with project budgets and sustainability goals. The role involves producing detailed drawings and documentation for construction, supporting site coordination, and ensuring design intent is maintained through project execution.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, refine design solutions based on feedback,



and work with vendors and contractors to manage timelines and quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture to develop cohesive design concepts and integrate interiors with overall project vision.
- Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional use of residential and commercial interiors.
- Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to prepare detailed plans, sections, and elevations suitable for execution on site.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills to select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials aligned with design, budget, and sustainability goals.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Solid visual communication, presentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in India is beneficial, along with an interest in sustainable and cost-conscious design practices.
