Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Integration Lead to own end-to-end image integration, build and release activities across Android/Linux platforms. The role will drive integration strategy, CI/CD processes, release planning, integration quality, and cross-functional technical coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end image integration and release activities.
- Define and manage integration strategy, build processes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Coordinate software integration across development, QA, release, and program teams.
- Drive release planning, readiness, and execution.
- Identify and resolve complex integration, build, dependency, and merge conflicts.
- Ensure integration quality through appropriate validation and testing processes.
- Troubleshoot issues across multiple software components and teams.
- Manage release branches, integration baselines, and delivery milestones.
- Establish and improve integration processes, automation, and build efficiency.




- Provide technical leadership and guidance to integration/development teams.
- Communicate integration status, risks, dependencies, and release readiness to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills
- 8 12 years of relevant software/integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Android/Linux integration.
- Experience in end-to-end image/build integration.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and build workflows.
- Experience with release management and software delivery.
- Robust debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience resolving cross-team integration and dependency issues.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Technical leadership experience.

Good to Have
- Experience in automotive/embedded Android or Linux environments.
- Experience with Git/Gerrit and branching strategies.
- Jenkins/GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Build systems such as Gradle, Make, CMake, or Soong.
- Experience with automated integration and release processes.
- Exposure to Agile development and program-level delivery.
