About the Role

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to manage and coordinate marketing execution across Growth, E-commerce, Content, Design, Trade, Website, Science, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall marketing and launch calendar.
- Convert marketing strategies into actionable plans and timelines.
- Coordinate campaigns and launches across multiple teams.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, budgets, and campaign progress.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Identify execution bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare marketing updates and reports for management.

Requirements




- 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience across digital, brand, content, trade, or e-commerce marketing.
- Solid planning, coordination, prioritisation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing agencies/vendors and tracking budgets.
- MBA/business education preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in pharma, nutraceutical, wellness, or FMCG is an advantage.

Interview Process Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a practical launch-planning exercise.

Reporting to: Founder / Management

Joining: Immediate

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
