Designation: Senior Outbound Sales Executive

Job Summary

ICCS is hiring experienced Outbound Sales Executives for the JIO Life Insurance process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable life insurance products, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain JIO Life Insurance products, advantages, features, and policy details.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful policy sales.
- Achieve individual and team-wise sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.
- Ensure timely completion of the sales and documentation process.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience:



Minimum 6 months of outbound Life Insurance or Health Insurance sales experience – Mandatory
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Candidates with relevant insurance outbound sales experience will be preferred.

Job Details

- Location: Airoli
- Shift: Fixed – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Week Off: Any 1 rotational week off
- Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand
- Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000
- Salary Credit: 1st of every month

Preferred Candidates Immediate Joiners / Candidates with relevant Life Insurance or Health Insurance outbound sales experience are preferred.
