Job Responsibilities

- Source, attract, and recruit candidates for BFSI roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts.

- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1+ years of recruitment experience in the BFSI sector.

- Strong understanding of the BFSI landscape and the specific skills required for various roles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Preferences

- Previous Experience in BFSI Recruitment

- High-Volume Recruiting Experience

- Use of Job Boards and Social Media
