We are looking for an experienced L&D; Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning and training content for employees. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in instructional design, content development, LMS platforms and creating interactive learning solutions in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse training needs and identify performance gaps to develop effective learning solutions.
- Design and develop learning objectives, training curricula and engaging instructional content.
- Create professional training presentations, learning materials and content using MS PowerPoint.
- Develop training content for operations, regulatory and compliance functions.
- Collaborate with US-based business leaders and subject matter experts to understand training requirements and deliver learning solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to create and enhance learning content.
- Use LMS and gamification platforms to develop interactive training modules, knowledge assessments and engaging learning experiences.




- Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content.
- Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions when required.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Training Content Development in an enterprise setting.
- Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience in instructional design and learning content development.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, including course navigation and content management.
- Experience with gamification, interactive learning and knowledge assessments.
- Familiarity with AI tools for developing and enhancing training content.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in the 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM shift and collaborate with US stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the financial services or wealth management industry.
- Exposure to operations, regulatory and compliance training.
- Experience working on large-scale learning and development projects.
- Ability to facilitate training sessions when required.
