Role Description The Installation Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining HPIPL parking systems at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include reading technical drawings, performing cabling and wiring work, assembling mechanical and electrical components, and running system checks to ensure safe and efficient operation. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting installation issues, coordinating with project engineers, and documenting completed work and service reports.

The Installation

Technician will interact with customers in office,



explain basic system usage, and support customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires adherence to safety standards, timely completion of installation projects, and occasional travel to different project sites as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues during installation and maintenance.
- Candidates should possess transparent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, project teams, and support staff.
- Candidates should possess cabling and basic electrical/mechanical installation skills for setting up parking systems and related infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess a focus on customer satisfaction, with the ability to deliver high-quality work and respond to customer concerns on-site.
- Relevant technical diploma or ITI certification in electrical, electronics, mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in field installation, industrial equipment, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in varying conditions, follow safety protocols, and handle tools and equipment safely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools for reporting and documentation are beneficial.
