About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, explain Zoomies products and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and connect with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain Zoomies products, offers and perks clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle basic customer questions and objections.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.




- Share customer feedback with the team.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply; experience in inside sales, telecalling or customer support is a plus.
- Minimum qualification should be graduation.
