RawShoot Studio is a wedding and cinematic photography brand. We're looking for a confident Sales Executive to turn enquiries into bookings.

What you'll do

- Call paid leads from Meta Ads and Google Ads quickly, ideally within 5–10 minutes of the enquiry
- Qualify leads by budget, wedding date, location, and requirements
- Follow up on WhatsApp and calls until the lead converts or closes
- Pitch the right package and confidently answer client questions and objections
- Book studio visits and client meetings, then close deals
- Update lead status and call notes in the CRM
- Hit the monthly target of ₹5,00,000 (about 5–6 bookings at ~₹1.1L each)

Who we're looking for

- 2+ years of sales experience (service, events, wedding or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Odia: native fluency (required)
- Hindi: conversational (required)
- English: valuable (preferred)




- Able to hold natural conversations and build trust with families
- Comfortable making 50+ calls daily and handling high-intent ad leads
- Target-driven, with strong follow-up discipline
- Bhubaneswar-based candidates preferred

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹17,000/month
- Incentive: 1.5% on sales up to ₹5L, and 2% on sales above ₹5L
- Example: at ₹6.6L in sales (6 deals), monthly earnings are about ₹27,700
- Probation: 3 months, with confirmation based on performance and target achievement
