We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive for our IT Hardware business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, qualifying prospects, managing the sales process, and converting leads into sales.

The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing product information, and supporting customers through the purchase process.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads through online research, phone calls, email campaigns, and other sources.
- Identify and contact potential clients.
- Qualify prospects based on their requirements and purchase interest.
- Follow up with leads and prospects regularly.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to purchase decision.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand and communicate product information related to computer hardware and networking products.
- Provide appropriate product information based on customer requirements.
- Support customers with post-sale requirements.
- Work towards achieving sales targets.

Requirements

- Good follow-up skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers through phone and email.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products effectively.
- Prior experience in inside sales, IT hardware, computer hardware, or networking products would be an advantage.
