Shining Stars is expanding its sales team in Noida and Lucknow looking for enthusiastic candidates for the Inside Sales Executive role.
Position: Inside Sales Executive
Eligibility: Any UG / Graduate / Experienced candidates can apply
Salary: 1.75 LPA 3.5 LPA (based on last drawn salary)
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong sales and customer-handling skills
- Comfortable with sales targets and follow-ups
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- 6 days working with rotational weekly off
- Fresher/experienced candidates can apply
Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and sales activities
- Follow company sales, quality and compliance processes
- Track and maintain individual performance metrics
