Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Caller who will be responsible for connecting with leads generated through digital platforms, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for the sales/design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads (Facebook, Google, website,



etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and explain Bonito Designs services
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM
- Follow up with prospective customers to drive conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets
- Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales
- Valuable communication skills (Hindi + English required)
- Experience in handling digital leads is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
- Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

- Rotational Week Off (Monday fixed off or as per business requirement)
