Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Innovation Trainer & Programme Coordinator to design, coordinate and deliver STEM, innovation and experiential-learning programmes for school students.

The role involves going beyond traditional ATL (Atal Tinkering Lab) activities by working across STEM Labs, Makerspaces, Robotics, Electronics, IoT, Coding, CAD/3D Design, 3D Printing and school innovation programmes.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting engaging hands-on sessions, mentoring students on projects, coordinating expert-led sessions, maintaining project documentation, tracking student progress and supporting participation in hackathons, innovation challenges, exhibitions and competitions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of STEM/innovation sessions conducted.
- Student participation and engagement levels.
- Number of student projects/prototypes developed.
- Number and quality of student project portfolios completed.
- Number of competition/hackathon/exhibition entries.
- Student participation in innovation challenges and showcases.
- Completion of monthly and quarterly programme reports.
- Timely coordination and execution of expert-led sessions.




- Student project progress and outcome tracking.
- Successful execution of the annual Innovation Showcase / Demo Day.

Expected Outcomes The successful candidate will be expected to contribute towards:
- Development of student prototypes and working models.
- Creation of structured student innovation/project portfolios.
- Increased participation in hackathons, competitions, exhibitions and innovation challenges.
- Regular documentation of student learning and project outcomes.
- Effective implementation of STEM and experiential-learning programmes.
- Successful coordination of expert-led workshops and specialised sessions.
- A measurable and well-documented innovation programme across the academic year.
- Successful execution of an annual Innovation Showcase / Demo Day.

Required Skills & Technical Exposure
- Strong interest in STEM, innovation, maker education and experiential learning.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more of the following:
- Arduino / Microcontrollers
- Electronics
- Sensors
- Robotics
- IoT
- Basic Coding / Programming
- CAD / 3D Design
- 3D Printing
- Prototyping and Maker Tools
- Good student mentoring and classroom facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Strong project coordination and documentation skills.




- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with students, teachers, school leadership and external experts.
- Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, Computer Science, Electronics, Robotics, Education, STEM or a related discipline.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in STEM education, robotics, makerspaces, ATL, innovation programmes or school-based experiential learning may also be considered.

We are looking for someone who has hands-on, creative, organized and passionate about working with school students. The ideal candidate should be comfortable balancing technical training with programme coordination, documentation and stakeholder management. The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy converting ideas into practical projects and helping students move from ideation to prototype and final demonstration

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
