Key Responsibilities :

- Manage SAP and enterprise applications supporting manufacturing and plant operations.
- Optimize SAP modules critical to manufacturing processes, including PP, MM, WM, QM, and PM.
- Ensure effective alignment and integration of SAP modules with business and manufacturing processes.
- Lead SAP implementation, migration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive system-based solutions.
- Monitor application performance and ensure reliable IT operations across the manufacturing environment.
- Work closely with business and plant teams to understand requirements and improve SAP functionality.
- Manage data, reporting, dashboards, and business insights generated through SAP and enterprise applications.
- Support integration between SAP applications, core IT infrastructure, and other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot functional and operational issues and coordinate with internal and external technology teams.
- Drive continuous optimization cycles to improve system efficiency, process effectiveness, and user experience.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, governance,



and compliance for SAP and enterprise applications.

Required Candidate Profile :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in IT operations within a manufacturing or production plant environment.
- Strong experience in SAP implementation, migration, and deep optimization cycles.
- Functional expertise in manufacturing-related SAP modules such as PP, MM, WM, QM, and PM.
- Robust understanding of core IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Experience working closely with manufacturing, production, operations, and business teams.
- Strong knowledge of SAP process integration and application management.
- Experience in data management, reporting, and process improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate :

- Professionals with hands-on experience managing SAP and enterprise applications in manufacturing/plant environments.
- Candidates with experience across multiple SAP manufacturing modules and end-to-end implementation or migration projects will be preferred.
