The role includes managing and supporting day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, systems, user support, information security, and IT compliance activities. The role requires hands-on experience in IT administration and technical support, rather than software development.

Qualification

- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and network operations.

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and devices.

- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic IT security controls.

- Maintain IT assets, inventory, documentation, and system records.

- Create, maintain, and implement IT SOPs, policies, and procedures.

- Support internal and external IT audits, including documentation and evidence preparation.





- Assist with ISO-related IT compliance and corrective-action requirements.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.

- Monitor backups, antivirus, system security, and other IT controls.

- Maintain records of IT incidents, changes, access controls, and other IT activities.

- Experience in IT support, IT administration, IT infrastructure, or IT operations.

- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, networks, and systems.

- Experience with IT SOPs, internal/external audits, and ISO compliance is preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
