Role Description The Information Technology Executive role at VENKY'S INDIA LTD. is a full time, on-site position based in Himachal Pradesh, India. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring system performance, ensuring uptime of critical applications, and overseeing hardware and software assets.

The Information Technology

Executive will provide technical support to internal users, resolve IT issues, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed. Daily responsibilities also include administering networks and servers,



maintaining data security and backups, and implementing IT policies and procedures aligned with organizational standards. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process automation, contribute to IT-related projects, and assist in planning upgrades and improvements to the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills, with experience in managing enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and user issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, covering configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of data security, backup and recovery practices, and basic cybersecurity principles.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, support multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with IT support in manufacturing, agribusiness, or similar industrial environments will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, IT documentation practices, and compliance with organizational IT policies is beneficial.
