⚠️ This is NOT a pure Desktop Support role and NOT a pure Network/NOC role.

We’re looking for a hands-on, all-round IT Infrastructure Engineer who has experience across Desktop Support + Networking + IT Infrastructure and can independently handle day-to-day IT operations.

? You should have hands-on experience with:

✅ Windows & Mac desktop/laptop troubleshooting

✅ Server hardware & storage support

✅ LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi administration

✅ Switches, routers & access points

✅ TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & VLANs

✅ Routing & switching troubleshooting

✅ Internet & VPN troubleshooting

✅ Microsoft 365 – Outlook, Teams & OneDrive

✅ Active Directory, Group Policy & Entra ID/Azure AD

✅ Endpoint security,



antivirus/EDR & Windows patching

✅ IT asset & inventory management

✅ Vendor/OEM/ISP/AMC & warranty coordination

✅ Hardware procurement, repairs & upgrades

✅ Employee onboarding & offboarding

✅ Basic backup, virtualization & disaster recovery

⭐ Good to Have: CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge / Microsoft certifications.

Candidates who have independently handled IT infrastructure for a small or medium-sized organization and are comfortable troubleshooting across end-user devices, hardware, servers and networks.
