Job SummaryWe are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network systems, and employee IT requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, resolving technical issues, maintaining system security, and minimizing downtime across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and employee IT onboarding/offboarding.
- Install, update, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Maintain regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, system updates, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Coordinate with external IT, internet, hardware, software, and other technology vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, software licenses, and warranties.
- Set up and provide technical support for meeting rooms, video conferencing, CCTV, biometric systems, and communication systems.
- Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company software, CRM, and other operational platforms.
- Support employees during system upgrades, software installations, and technical changes.
- Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, access records, and troubleshooting procedures.




- Ensure IT systems remain operational during business hours and provide timely support for critical issues.
- Perform regular checks of IT equipment and network systems to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and IT systems.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking.
- Basic understanding of routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, and network security.
- Hands-on experience with printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices, and other peripherals.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT-related tasks.
- Willingness to work the assigned shift and adjust working hours as per company requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric attendance systems, IP telephony, and video conferencing systems.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, and access control.
- Familiarity with logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, CRM, or other business operations is an advantage.
