This role involves managing day-to-day IT requirements, including system configuration, technical support, network security, hardware and software maintenance, and troubleshooting. The role will support Windows and macOS systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, Azure, cloud-based systems, remote support, and network connectivity. The IT specialist will also maintain IT SOPs, manage IT assets, support cybersecurity practices, assist with server configuration and maintenance, and ensure IT systems and processes follow company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, computer hardware, software, networking, and system administration.

- Experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, mobile devices, software, connectivity, and user access issues.

- Hands-on experience in network security, remote IT support, and system configuration.

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Portal, and Microsoft Teams.

- Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based systems.

- Experience in preparing, maintaining, and implementing IT SOPs and procedures.





- Understanding of ISO 27001 and experience supporting or assisting with ISO 27001 certification is preferred.

- Knowledge of server configuration, maintenance, backups, and system monitoring.

- Experience in IT asset management, including laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and accessories.

- Understanding of cybersecurity practices, including antivirus management, password policies, access control, and secure system usage.

- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues and provide timely technical support.

- Experience working independently or as part of an IT team; team management experience is an advantage.

- Comfortable providing IT support during versatile or extended working hours when required.

- Website design or development knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
